Texas County Courts

Texas is a big state.  Where is your case pending?  With 254 counties, simply trying to locate the county where your case is pending can be a daunting task.  To help our out-of-state clients (and even some of our in-state clients), we have developed this interactive research tool. 

How to use the map.

1. Use the “All Courthouses by County Name” window to find the name of the County where your case/claim is pending.
2. Scroll over the county name and the location of the county will be       highlighted in (what color) on the Texas state map.
3. “Click” on the highlighted county and, if it has a web presence, you will be taken to its website.
4. You can also use the “All Courthouses by County Seat” window if you only know the city where the case/claim is pending.
