Born Saigon, Vietnam, 1972. Education: Houston Baptist University (B.S. in Political Science & Economics, magna cum laude, 1996); University of Houston (M.B.A. in Taxation, with honors, 2001); University of Houston Law Center (J.D. 2001); member of Houston Business and Tax Law Journal (2000).
Linhuyen has experience handling cases in the fields of products liability defense, premises liability defense, construction disputes, wrongful death claims, and general business litigation.
Prior to joining Heard & Medack, P.C., Linhuyen served as a law clerk to Magistrate Judge Pamela A. Mathy, United States District Court for the Western District of Texas (2003-2005). Linhuyen also had worked in private practice handling pretrial litigation in the areas of employment law and general business.
