Ms. Jewett currently handles an active docket of cases in the fields of general personal injury litigation, premises liability, product liability defense, construction claims, and governmental liability.

Prior to joining Heard & Medack, P.C. Ms. Jewett was as a senior associate with Brown McCarroll, LLP and an associate with Fulbright and Jaworski, LLP. While working for both firms she handled cases involving products liability, premises liability, toxic tort, contract disputes, personal injury cases (from slip and fall to death), construction claims, labor and employment issues, workers’ compensation claims, family law matters, and insurance coverage and defense. The toxic tort and products liability docket involved her handling over 200 cases.

Ms. Jewett has first chair trial experience in both state and federal courts.
